The Block Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing, ensuring smooth onboarding of VDOs, monitor performance, and drive expansion efforts within the district.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in team management or sales.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to onboard and train 15-20 BDOs per month.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the district.
