Job Description

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying potential Village Development Officers (VDOs), assisting them in setting up Bharat Assist multi-service centers, and providing training. They will ensure each VDO understands their role and meets performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or franchise management is a plus.
• Strong persuasion and networking skills to recruit and train VDOs.
• Ability to meet a monthly target of successful recruitments or service activations.
• Willing to travel within assigned areas.
