Job Description

The District Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing Business Development Officers (BDOs). They will ensure smooth onboarding of VDOs, monitor performance, and drive expansion efforts within the district.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in team management or sales.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to onboard and train 15-20 BDOs per month.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the district.
